La Verrière is a venue of choice for couples seeking a destination wedding in Provence, in a secluded and idyllic setting at a working winery and vineyard. Take over the whole cluster of ancient buildings and celebrate in your own private mountain saddle at the heart of a stunning UNESCO nature reserve. We specialise in exclusive, bespoke country weddings, working closely with couples to ensure that each one is truly unique and singularly memorable.

In addition we can recommend professional wedding planners, or we can work with your chosen wedding planners. Your wedding party is of course welcome to stay in the house and bespoke services can be arranged for newlyweds. Detailed wedding packages are available upon request

where to host your wedding ceremony

There are a number of locations at La Verrière where you can hold the wedding ceremony or blessing itself and you can mix & match the locations for different parts of the event.

wedding receptions, parties and catering

On average, weddings can host up to 120 seated guests, including sites for musical performances. For smaller groups, the Grand Vaulted Hall is a logical venue for intimate wedding cocktail and dinner parties.

See the printable events specs for the floor plan and capacity of each available space. There is parking provided on the helipad for those driving to the celebration, and we recommended organising small vans back and forth to the local village or hotels.

Wedding parties typically make use of the in-house catering services for meals ahead of the wedding party. For larger groups of over 25 guests for the wedding rehearsal dinner an external caterer will be recommended. Likewise for the Sunday brunch pool party, large group sizes will also require an external caterer. The La Verrière team is happy to share a list of suggested caterers and DJs if so desired.

Accommodation for wedding guests

All seven guest rooms may be reserved for your private wedding party. Find out more about booking the whole house for your celebration.

Additional guests can stay in neighbouring Crestet and the region. There are many B&Bs and AirBnB guest houses nearby, that we are happy to recommend. Alternatively, there are a few larger hotels further afield that can accommodate your wedding party in full.
